Laura van Riet

South African 20th Century 

Laura van Riet studied History of Art through UNISA and grew up in Worcester, South Africa. Here she became involved in the Hugo Naudé Art Centre and established herself as a botanical artist. More recently she explores a variety of themes including portraiture and her style has become more abstract and loose. She currently resides in Hermanus.
