Is there a minimum value one can purchase a voucher for?
Yes, the minimum value is R500. Any denominations over this amount will be accepted.
How does delivery of the voucher take place?
The voucher can either be collected physically in our offices, or sent digitally via email. We can either send it to you as the purchaser, or send it directly to the recipient.
How long do I have to redeem my voucher?
We appreciate that finding the thing you love takes time, your voucher will not have an expiry date.
Can I use my voucher on any sales platform at Strauss & Co?
Yes, your Strauss & Co voucher is redeemable in any Online and Live auction, as well as Private Sales.
How do I use my voucher to settle my payment?
Once you have been successful on your lot, please contact Debbie Watson (giftvoucher@straussart.co.za) to let her know you would like to use your voucher for that purchase. The finance department will then deduct the value of your voucher on your invoice.
Can I purchase something for more than the value of my voucher?
Yes, a Strauss & Co gift voucher can be used alongside another payment method as partial payment towards your purchase.
If I have multiple vouchers, can they be combined to use on one transaction?
Yes, any Strauss & Co voucher that is in your name can be put towards any of your purchases.
What happens if I buy something for less than the value of my voucher?
We will keep the balance safe for you until you find the next thing you love.
How do I find out how much is left on my voucher?

Can I redeem my voucher for cash?
All Strauss & Co vouchers must be redeemed purchasing an item from Strauss & Co, it is not redeemable for cash.
