Swain Hoogervorst

South African 1988- 

Swain Hoogervorst lives and works in Cape Town, South Africa, exploring abstract botanicals via painting. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Vega and was selected as a top 100 finalist in the L’atelier Competition in both 2013 and 2015. Hoogervorst has participated in numerous exhibitions both nationally and internationally, including the AVA Gallery in Cape Town (2014), Everard Read (2017, 2020)in South Africa and London, United Kingdom. His work can be found in private and public collections, including the Spier Arts Trust.
