Louis Kok

South African 1970- 

Louis Kok, born in Pretoria, South Africa, pursued his artistic journey through studies at Pretoria Technikon. His art is driven by the process and the life journey it represents. Kok finds joy in the creative process, always striving for quality in his finished works. He aims to express himself through various techniques, often combining and layering them in innovative ways. His most recent exhibition, Two Streets Down, was mounted at The Viewing Room Art Gallery in Pretoria from 8 July through 5 August 2023 and offered viewers a glimpse into his meaningful and expressive artistic endeavours.
