Aldo Londi

Italian 1911–2003 

Aldo Londi (1911-2003) was born in Montelupo, Italy.

He started working at ceramics workshops at the age of 11. After being taken prisoner in South Africa during WW2, he returned to Italy and in 1946, he was appointed artistic director at Bitossi.
