South African photographer Jillian Lochner, now based in London, graduated from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 1990. She has enjoyed a successful career working with renowned brands such as Levi’s and Adidas. After relocating to London in 2005, she faced personal challenges but has since made a full recovery and reignited her passion for photography. Teaming up with her husband, Andrew Carmichael, under the name LochnerCarmichael, they specialize in capturing still life shots of luxury brands, bringing a unique perspective that juxtaposes the dark and alluring aspects of luxury. Their work has garnered attention from magazines and brands alike.
