Swartland 

Established in 2018 by winemaker Jolandie Fouche, her boutique winery focuses on old Swartland vines, while also making use of parcels from Swartland Voor-Paardeberg and Piekenierskloof on schist, granite as well as iron soils which gives the wines their distinct personality. She produces, Chenin blanc, Grenache blanc, Grenache rose as well as 2 reds. Her labels are inspired by her husband Gustav who sent her a quote, ‘Some days I am more wolf than woman and I am still learning how to stop apologizing for my wild.’
