Fontanafredda

Italy - Piedmont 

Fontanafredda is one of the historic estates of the Barolo region, founded in the 19th century by Italy’s first king, Vittorio Emanuele II. Located in Serralunga d’Alba in the Langhe, the estate is a major producer of Barolo and other Piedmont wines. Today, Fontanafredda is known for its wide range of traditional, terroir-driven wines and for managing extensive vineyard holdings across some of the region’s most important sites, with a strong focus on classic expressions of Nebbiolo.
