France - Rhône Valley 

Maison Gabriel Meffre was established in 1936 as a négociant-producer, investing in vineyards not only in the Rhône but also further south in Provence. By 1987, when Gabriel Meffre passed away, he owned more than 900 hectares of vines in the Rhone Valley. They produce wine in their home of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, but also in Gigondas, Vacqueyras and the Côtes du Rhône appellations.
