FIO Wines

Germany - Mosel 

FIO Wines is a collaborative Mosel project founded by Portuguese winemaker Dirk Niepoort, his son Daniel Niepoort and Mosel winemaker Philipp Kettern. Based in Piesport, the project was established around a shared philosophy of producing distinctive, traditional Mosel Rieslings with an emphasis on patience, minimal intervention and the expression of steep-slope terroir.
