Founded in 1928 by Vittorio De Bortoli, an Italian immigrant who settled in Bilbul, near Griffith, in the Riverina region of New South Wales. Starting with a small vineyard and winery, the company has grown significantly over the decades, now being managed by the third and fourth generations of the De Bortoli family.
