Yon-Figeac

Château Yon-Figeac is a Saint-Émilion property which is ranked as a Grand Cru Classé in the official 2012 classifications. It is best known for its Merlot-based red wine. The property was once part of the much larger Château Figeac property, although it lies just southeast of the modern version, closer to the centre of the Saint-Émilion zone. The history of the estate dates back to the 18th century, and it has been owned by the same family for over a century.
