Cantina dei Produttori is the name given to a traditional Italian winemaking cooperative founded by a group of local grape growers united by a shared commitment to quality, heritage and terroir. Rather than representing a single family estate, a Cantina dei Produttori brings together multiple vinegrowers who contribute fruit from their individual vineyards so that it can be vinified, aged and bottled under a single organisational structure. This model allows smaller growers to compete on quality and presence in the marketplace by combining their expertise, facilities and collective vision.
