Weingut Willi Schaefer is a small, highly regarded family estate in Graach on the Mosel, with a winemaking history dating back to 1590. Today, Christoph and Andrea Schaefer cultivate vineyards in the prestigious Graacher Domprobst, Graacher Himmelreich and Wehlener Sonnenuhr sites, producing exclusively Riesling from steep, slate-soiled vineyards, including parcels of old, ungrafted vines. The estate is renowned for its precise, elegant and characterful Rieslings, particularly its finely balanced Kabinett and Spätlese wines, which combine delicate fruit, vibrant acidity, minerality and remarkable longevity.
