The inimible ‘Spatz’ Sperling firmly established Delheim as one of the finest Simonsberg producers. Pioneering initiatives include the first “wine route” in 1971. Delheim has also seen some famed wine makers like Kevin Arnold, Chris Keet and Philip Costandius producing various vintage of this long living Cabernet Sauvignon based signature wine.
