Domaine La Jasse Castel is an esteemed organic estate nestled in the Languedoc region of southern France, primarily on the limestone-rich slopes around Montpeyroux and Saint-Jean-de-Fos, within the Montpeyroux AOP and Terrasses du Larzac AOP appellations. Founded in 1997 by Pascale Rivière, a former journalist whose passion for the land led her to embrace viticulture, the domaine has since become one of the most respected small producers in a region celebrated for its rugged terroir and expressive wines.
