Envínate

Envinate is a high-profile, minimal-intervention wine producer making a range of wines from across western Spain, covering the Canary Islands, Galicia and the southeast. The company itself is based in La Roda, near Albacete in Castilla La Mancha. The label (which roughly transates as "wine yourself") was established by four friends who studied winemaking at the University of Miguel Hernández de Elx in Elche, just west of Alicante, in southeast Spain. Following their studies, the four (Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, Laura Ramos, and José Martínez) established a winemaking consultancy which then grew into their own brand: Envinate.
