Pauillac de Latour is the second wine of the famous Bordeaux winery Château Latour. Château Latour is a historic estate located in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux, known for producing some of the most sought-after and expensive wines in the world. Pauillac de Latour is made from younger vines and grapes that do not meet the strict selection criteria for the estate's main wine, which is simply called Château Latour. However, like other second wines, Pauillac de Latour is still made with the same level of care and attention to detail as the first wine, and is considered to be a high-quality wine in its own right.
