Founded by the late Jacky Blot, the domaine has played a significant role in elevating the reputation of Montlouis-sur-Loire, with a meticulous focus on old vines, low yields and precise, site-driven winemaking. The estate works with predominantly Chenin Blanc, producing wines of remarkable purity, texture, freshness and ageing potential. Its vineyards are farmed with a strong emphasis on sustainable practices, while cellar intervention is kept to a minimum to allow the character of each site and vintage to shine through.
