Podere Le Ripi is a Montalcino-based wine estate, producing a collection of biodynamic wines from Sangiovese, Syrah, Trebbiano and Malvasia. The estate was founded by Francesco Illy in 1997. The proximity to the Monte Amiata volcano provides a mineral soil type with a concentration of both macro and micro elements.
