Paul Jordaan is assistant winemaker at one of the best wineries in the Swartland. Paul, together with Pauline, create fine wine under the Paulus Wine Co. label. Paul is South African while Pauline is French. They are based in the Swartland and together have an impressive 28 harvests under their belts.
