Lhéraud

France - Petit Champagne

Cognac Lhéraud is one of France’s most storied artisanal Cognac houses, with roots going back to 1680 in Angeac-Charente. The modern estate is run by Guy and Andrée Lhéraud, with each vintage Cognac personally labelled by hand by Andrée using ink she makes herself from acorns. Located in the Petite Champagne appellation, the house holds parcels of fruit in Grande Champagne and produces strictly traditional, additive-free Cognacs of extraordinary rarity.
