Vogel Design

South Africa 2000 - 

Vogel Design is a Cape Town based furniture and interior design studio founded by South African designer John Vogel in the early 2000s.

Originally trained as an architect, Vogel was one of the early contemporary furniture designers to help shape a distinctly South African design language.

The studio is inspired by nature, vernacular form and woven traditions, it also places a strong emphasis on sustainability, craftmanship and local manufacturing.
