Karl Olof Ottelin

Finland 1917-1971 

Finnish designer Karl Olof Ottelin worked at the famous Stockmann department store as the head of the furniture department, chief designer and interior architect. He played a significant role in the development of interior architecture during Finland’s post-war reconstruction period.

Ottelin’s works combine an understanding of craftsmanship with masterful details and refined functionality.
