Jorge Pensi

Spain 1946-2025 

Jorge Pensi was an influencial Argentine-Spanish architect and industrial designer. Born in Buenos Aires, he relocated to Barcelona in 1975, where he founded his acclaimed studio in the Gothic Quarter in 1984. He is best known for his minimalist, sculptural, and timeless furniture, most notably the iconic cast-aluminum Toledo Chair.
