Rock of Eye by winemaker Coenie Snyman is a portfolio of investment-grade wines.
The Chenin Blanc is made from 100% Stellenbosch Old Vine grapes, fermented in 60% concrete and 20% new and old French oak. It is a refreshing and elegant wine with complex layers.
The Cinsault is made from 100% Stellenbosch grapes planted in 1992, fermented in 40% concrete and 60% old French oak. It has a juicy finish with dry tannins, fruit, and spice.
Both wines highlight the distinctive character of their varietals and offer wine enthusiasts exceptional, age-worthy wines.
Three bottles of each will be available on the Protégé Auction and are packed in a wooden box.
