El Señorito is the single-vineyard Tempranillo of Bodegas Más Que Vinos, the estate founded in 1999 at Cabañas de Yepes near Toledo. The wine is made from one hundred percent Tempranillo grown organically on the clay-limestone soils of the Finca El Horcajo and aged in French oak, an expression that sets out to show the depth and character of old-vine Tempranillo from central Spain.
