each with caned back within a shaped frame, down-swept open arms, caned seat with serpentine-shaped skirt, raised on cabriole legs terminating in ball-and-claw feet

Notes
The ball-and-claw feet on these tub chairs would point to later reproductions showing English design influence. Earlier eighteenth century examples would have had slipper or block feet.
