A Japanese wooden netsuke of a slumbering Shojo, Meiji period, 1868-1912
the carved figure resting her head heavily in her upturned hand, with peaceful expression and long flowing hair, the outer robes with diaper decoration, her loose pants with geometric design, signed, minor chip, 3,5cm high
