Neil Ellis Cabernet Sauvignon Jonkershoek Valley 2016 is the signature Cabernet Sauvignon of Neil Ellis Wines. Grown on well-established trellised vineyards planted on a southwest-facing mountain with access to supplementary irrigation.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks and completed malolactic fermentation in 100% new French oak barrels, where they spent a further 18 months.

It has an intense dark colour with deep aromas of complex blue and black berries and cedar - typical from Jonkershoek. The palate is fresh and nervous, followed by fine, smooth tannins. Built to last, it benefits from decanting for early drinking.

This wine is packed in a wooden box.
