Miles Mossop Wines Max 2019 is a classic Stellenbosch “Bordeaux Style” red blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 16% Petit Verdot, and 11% Cabernet Franc. It is produced with the utmost attention to detail, from vineyard management to fruit selection, including bunch and berry sorting in the
cellar.

The 2019 vintage was exceptional with a cooler, slightly wetter growing season, leading to slow ripening, lower sugar levels, and good acidity.
The resulting wine displays finesse with intense concentration and a lower alcohol content. This will allow it to age well, reaching peak maturity after 15 years from vintage date. Offered in both 1.5 litre and 3 litre bottles, this is a must-have for any collector of South African wines.
