The grapes were handpicked and whole bunch pressed, extracting the juice slowly at 550 litres per ton. Settled for 48 hours, the juice was fermented and aged in Burgundian barrels for 15 months. This Viognier boasts aromas of honeysuckle, peaches, and dried apricot with a saline and citrus finish.

Barrel ageing and lees contact provide a fuller mouthfeel and increased texture, while the fresh acidity supports the extravagance of the nose and palate. Enjoy now or cellar for 2-4 years for added complexity.
