Notes

These chairs were not part of the designer's original limited edition run, but rather an early prototype of the subsequent sold-out limited edition of the 'Son of Atlantis' design, which would explain why there is no signature on the casting or edition number.

Brazier-Jones’s work is included in seminal museum collections around the world, such as the Victoria & Albert in London, the Museum of Art & Design in New York, and Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, as well as many important private collections.

Today, Brazier-Jones’s studio can be found in a 16th-century barn in Hertfordshire, where he continues to work on private commissions, crafting most of his limited-edition and one-off designs by hand.
