Notes
This chair, designed by the influential Swiss industrial designer Hannes Wettstein, is a good example of early 21st -century Italian contemporary design.
The soft, enveloping backrest, conceived to create a sense of separation from the surrounding space, contrasts with the crisp, architectural swivel base, giving it a sense of visual lightness despite the substantial proportions of the body.
