Château Musar is Lebanon's most famous winery, founded in 1930 in the Bekaa Valley and made legendary by the late Serge Hochar, its wines released only with considerable bottle age. The Musar Blanc is a singular, remarkably ageworthy white made from the ancient indigenous grapes Obaideh and Merwah, unlike anything else in the world. This is the 2007, showing the mellow, nutty complexity that age brings to these extraordinary whites.
