About this Item
The 2020 is sourced from old-vine Chenin Blanc from the Swartland, Bot River and Voor Paardeberg, and Verdelho from the Voor Paardeberg. Whole-bunch basket-pressed, naturally fermented in old French oak, and aged on the lees, it shows complex, structured and refined character with appealing skin tannins, neutral oak, lime, beeswax, stone fruit and oatmeal flavours, and the concentration to age further in bottle.
