Critics Ratings
"The Dry Red was typically 2 thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and 1 third Cinsaut. This is also a lighter wine, but bright in colour with a crimson hue. Really fine, red fruits, florals and savoury depth. Touch of eucalyptus and cab characters. Some cheesy, honey. Dry and savoury finish, high acidity, but quite balanced and delicate. Long, typical Cinsaut finish. Holding well." - Roland Peens, 92/100 (March 2026 – Tasted at recorking.)
