Notes

Painted in underglaze blue with the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac shown among stylised clouds across the ovoid body and trumpet neck. The zodiac animals symbolise time, cyclical fortune, and personal identity within Chinese cosmology, making such vessels both decorative and symbolic.
