Vasundharā takes its name from the Sanskrit term for “the one who holds the earth,” a word often associated with the grounding force beneath the body in yogic philosophy. Sometimes referred to as the Earth Star Chakra, this subtle point is understood as a place of anchoring — a quiet gravity that connects us to land, lineage, and the steadying rhythms of the natural world. Woven from vintage fine wool, Vasundharā is a study in softness and restraint.
