This Murano glass bowl features the classic Bullicante technique which is a hallmark of Venetian glassmaking.
The technique refers to the small evenly spaced embedded air bubbles which appear trapped in the glass. The technique was developed and refined in Murano in the 1930s-1950s, especially by Barovier & Toso.
