Notes
Eero Aarnio is a Finnish designer best known for his space-age furniture designs.
The Pastil chair is one of his key designs, a sculptural seat capable of rocking or spinning due to its curved base and usable both indoors and out. It won the American Industrial Design Award in 1968 and is in the permanent collections of MoMA and the V&A museums.
