A brass and copper fireside set, Pieter Van Dijk, 20th century
Notes
Pieter Van Dijk, a Master copper-smith established his business in Cape Town in the 1950s. He went on to become a household name in the 1970s after being commissioned by the late Anton Rupert to provide traditional brass beds and traditional Cape Dutch styled light fittings for the Lanzerac Hotel in Stellenbosch.
