'A wine apart. It is a 1978, unblended Cabernet Sauvignon. Unhesitatingly commended as among handful of very top classic Cape reds; superb, rich colour; great volume to its bouquet, which is complex and fathomless; medium-bodied; sily texture delivers grape - berry flavours.
