The 2010 is the rare maiden vintage which is yet to reach maturity and will age for another decade or more.
Winemakers personal tasting note:
'The wine has a deep but bright colour. The nose is very floral with violets and dried herbs, spice and savoury notes.The palate is very tight with fine grained tannin and of medium body. The wine was made to age so should show best after 5-10 years and further cellaring would be recommended.' - Callie Louw
