Winemakers personal tasting note:

'Fresh red fruit and floral notes lead the nose with spice and green tobacco on the end. Softer more elegant tannin and minerality dominate the palate with a tight fresh finish. The wine was made for aging so should show best after 5-10 years and further cellaring would be recommended. Decanting is recommended when drunk young.' - Callie Louw
