'Mid Garnet colour. Aromas of ground peppercorns, raw meat, a pinch of cranberry and a savoury, tertiary overlay. The palate has a supple, elegant feel to it, mid-weight with a sinuous, texture and resolved fine tannins. The flavours of white pepper, dark chocolate cake and black fruits are underpinned with a rasp of acidity.
