Notes
Tokujin Yoshioka is a Japanese designer and artist active in the fields of design, architecture and contemporary art. Some of his works are part of permanent collections in the Museum of Modern Art, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
The torch for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics was designed by Yoshioka, it was built in the shape of an iconic Japanese cherry blossom.
