Lafarge Vial is the Beaujolais estate of Frédéric Lafarge, of the great Volnay domaine Michel Lafarge, and his wife Chantal, farmed biodynamically across the region's granite crus. Joie du Palais is their old-vine Fleurie. 2015 was an outstanding Beaujolais vintage. Josh Raynolds from Vinous gave it a rating of 93, and Jancis Robinson gave it 16.5+ out of 20.
