'Tin Soldier comes from the same Swartland farm as Paper Kite, but is entirely made from Semillon Gris. Lightly pink in colour, largely as a result of 50% skin fermentation, this is remarkably stony and fresh, with only 12.2% alcohol, wonderful focus and palate length and notes of quince and lemon zest.' - Tim Atkin MW, SA Special Report 2020, 94/100
