"The Moment is one of a series of forged sculptures of a figure caught in a moment of spinning and flying, falling in space. This one is spun around in a circle, and it captures a feeling that I felt when my life flashed before my eyes and my soul seemed to leave my body during a home invasion situation where I had a gun at my head. I was dealing with a number of PTSD issues, and I have done, I think, about three or four works around this feeling. Forged bronze figure."
